These T&C apply to all sales between Les Grands Nectars (the Seller) and any buyer, whether a private individual (B2C) or a business (B2B) (the Customer). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&C.

The Seller offers collectible wines (classified growths from Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne). Alcohol is sold exclusively to persons of legal drinking age (18+). By placing an order, the Customer confirms they are at least 18 years old. Proof of identity may be requested prior to delivery.
All offers are subject to stock availability. Prices are in euros, exclusive of VAT for business customers and inclusive of French VAT for private customers in France. Prices exclude delivery charges and any import duties at destination. Prices may be changed at any time; the price applicable is that in force at the time of order confirmation.
The website www.wine-legacy.fr is a premium showcase: it does not include a shopping cart or online checkout. Product listings present available wines with their characteristics and indicative prices. All orders are placed exclusively by direct contact: email, telephone or WhatsApp. A written order confirmation from the Seller formalises the sales contract. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of prior dispute or suspected fraud.
Payment is due according to the terms agreed at the time of order. The primary payment method is bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA). Other payment arrangements may be agreed between the parties. Orders are only processed upon receipt of payment, or for business customers, in accordance with any credit terms granted in writing. Overdue amounts accrue interest at the statutory rate plus 5 percentage points without prior notice. Business customers are liable for a EUR 40 flat-rate recovery fee.
Orders ship from Bordeaux in insulated packaging. Indicative delivery times: 3-5 business days (France), 5-10 business days (EU), 7-21 business days (international). Risk passes to the Customer upon handover to the carrier. The Customer is solely responsible for compliance with local import regulations for alcohol, including any licences required in the United States.
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods likely to deteriorate rapidly. Vintage collectible wines fall within this category. However, the Seller will consider each complaint on a case-by-case basis and may offer an exchange or credit note as a commercial gesture.
The Seller guarantees the authenticity and conformity of all wines with their published descriptions. Hidden defects or proven non-conformities will result in replacement or refund. Natural variations in fill level or cork condition inherent to the age of the wine, as noted in the product listing, are not considered defects.
