All wines are sourced from verified
origins: chateaux, licensed negociants, reputable auction houses and private
collectors with documented provenance. Each bottle is inspected (fill level,
cork, capsule, label) and we retain all provenance documentation.

Format refers to bottle size: 75cl
(standard bottle), 150cl (Magnum), 300cl (Double Magnum), 600cl (Imperiale),
1500cl (Nebuchadnezzar). Packaging: single bottle or wooden case of 3, 6 or 12
bottles.

For older vintages, slight
evaporation through the cork is natural. Fill levels are described in the
product listing using standard terminology (base of neck, top shoulder, upper
shoulder, etc.). An acceptable fill level for the wine's age is not considered
a defect.

Upon request, we can provide available provenance documents (purchase invoices, certificates of authenticity, condition reports). For large orders, we can arrange for third-party appraisal.

In insulated boxes with individual
protective packaging suited to collectible wine transport. Dispatch from our
warehouse at 9 boulevard Gambetta, 02100 Saint-Quentin, France. We work with
specialist fine wine carriers. In summer, cool packs may be added or dispatch
delayed to cooler conditions.

France: 3-5 business days. EU: 5-10
business days. Rest of the world: 7-21 business days. These are indicative and
may vary.

Store in a cellar at a constant
temperature between 12-15 degrees C (54-59 F), away from light and vibrations,
with corked bottles on their side. Avoid sudden temperature changes and strong
odours.

Note reservations on the delivery
slip in the presence of the carrier, photograph the damage, then contact us
within 48 hours at contact@wine-legacy.fr with photos and your order reference.

Our website is a premium showcase —
there is no shopping cart or online checkout. To order, browse the product

The primary payment method is bank
transfer (SWIFT/SEPA). Other arrangements may be agreed depending on your
profile (private individual or business) and the transaction amount. No online
payment is processed directly on the website.

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT
for business customers registered for VAT, and inclusive of French VAT for
private customers in France. For deliveries outside the EU, no French VAT
applies; however, local customs duties may apply at destination.

Yes, we ship worldwide. The buyer is
solely responsible for ensuring that importation of alcohol is legally
permitted in their country and for obtaining any required import licences
(particularly in the United States). Please contact us before ordering for
destinations outside the EU.

Changes or cancellations are
possible if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Contact us as
soon as possible by email or phone. Once goods have been shipped, cancellation
is no longer possible. B2C distance-selling rules remain applicable where
relevant (see T&C, Article 8).

No, guest checkout is available.
However, an account allows you to track orders and access your purchase
history.
