How do you guarantee the authenticity of your wines?

All wines are sourced from verified
origins: chateaux, licensed negociants, reputable auction houses and private
collectors with documented provenance. Each bottle is inspected (fill level,
cork, capsule, label) and we retain all provenance documentation.
What do format and packaging mean?

Format refers to bottle size: 75cl
(standard bottle), 150cl (Magnum), 300cl (Double Magnum), 600cl (Imperiale),
1500cl (Nebuchadnezzar). Packaging: single bottle or wooden case of 3, 6 or 12
bottles.
Can I visit your cellars?

Visits by appointment can be
arranged for professional clients and collectors. Contact us at
contact@wine-legacy.fr.
What are the delivery times?

France: 3-5 business days. EU: 5-10
business days. Rest of the world: 7-21 business days. These are indicative and
may vary.
What should I do if a parcel arrives damaged?

Note reservations on the delivery
slip in the presence of the carrier, photograph the damage, then contact us
within 48 hours at contact@wine-legacy.fr with photos and your order reference.
